Whoever sent this form letter (or their boss or whatever) could log in to whatever system the applications are held in and click "Approve". Of course prioritizing some applications is a service CBP can provide and there is a workaround. ![]() Notification of these delays is displayed quite prominently on the TTP page and would have been visible at the start of their application process.I'm glad that you got your renewal after this, but I would find this response even more frustrating than getting nothing. ![]() Regrettably we do not have a work around for this situation. ![]()
